How We Work
Once customers decide to work with us, immediately we will get ready to serve as their purchasing office in China. Below we will show the procedure on how we work
1. Product Inquiry
Customers send us the requirements with details about the products they are looking for, like target price, specification, photos, certificates, etc. Then we begin to check the details and confirm if we have any confusion
2. Product / Supplier Verification
We start to search the products among thousands of LED lights factories. We do the analysis and comparison, and select the most suitable products and reliable suppliers at shortest time. We come from Zhongshan, Guangdong Province where most LED lights factories are located. Cities like Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Jiangmen, Foshan that are well-known as lighting manufacturing bases are all near to us. So it is convenient for us to visit the factories to see if they are qualified suppliers and their products could meet customers’ requirements
3. Sample Collection
After customers confirm the products and place sample orders to us, we will contact suppliers to arrange the samples. Especially when customers have more samples from different suppliers, we could consolidate them all and ship to customers together to save shipping cost
4. Order Follow-up
In this stage, it means customers are satisfied with the samples and will place official orders. We place the orders to suppliers and follow them up. Also we keep customers informed of the order status. We will try our best to make the orders run smoothly and be shipped as scheduled
5. Order Inspection
After the orders are finished, our professional inspector could go to the factories to do a pre-shipment inspection(see Inspection Service), which will cost extra charge. However, if customers don't require a professional quality inspection, we could also ask the suppliers to send the goods to our warehouse and we will do a simple inspection without extra charge needed
6. Order Delivery
We have been cooperating with some reliable freight forwarding and express companies with good service and competitive price. After the orders have passed our quality inspection, we will arrange the order delivery accordingly to make sure customers could receive the orders safely and smoothly
7. After-Sales Service
We are responsible for the after-sales service. To get the orders shipped to customers is not the end of our services, it’s the start of our further cooperation. If customers meet any problems after receiving the orders, we will deal with them and offer solutions
